I start all coaching sessions by sharing my truth with you. How can I expect you to have any desire to do what I do unless you see that it works?
Next, our collaboration begins with an in-depth assessment of where you were, where you are now and where you think you want to be. We then throw out all old ideas and start from scratch. I believe that any project should begin with a clean canvas and that your life's work should be no different. I will incorporate my years of mediation practice into the work in efforts to help you calm your mind and release your thoughts.
We will work together to shift your perception from fear to positive thinking before any next steps are taken. Through strategic techniques and happiness tools you will learn simple ways to shift your thinking on a daily basis.
After incorporating this new way of living into your life we will move forward and begin to uncover your passions. My work is focused on tapping into your effortless actions, creating passion maps and using the tool of free writing to discover unconscious passions that live inside you.

Sessions by phone or in person if you live in the New York City area. If you are interested in coaching I offer a $30 half hour assessment over the phone.
1 hour sessions are - $120 I encourage a four session package priced at $480 for one session per week each month. Student rates are $80 an hour.
I recommend clients to commit to a month, one session per week. I've found that continuous conversation has proven to be most helpful. Clients that commit to three months (12 sessions) have the best results. The cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance and payment is via Paypal. Credit cards are not accepted.
